Any patient with neck or back pain that radiates into the extremities; Pain, paresthesias and/or weakness in the extremities, carpal tunnel syndrome, tarsal tunnel syndrome, radiculopathy, peripheral neuropathy, myelopathy, neuromuscular junction disorders, or any patient who is not responding to conservative care for any of the above disorders after 4-6 weeks of treatment.
Yes. We provide the service (technician, equipment, and interpretation) directly in your office. MDI has nationwide affiliates with operations in New York, Florida, Arizona, & Texas.
Your choice. MDI is very experienced at billing NCVs and EMGs. But if your office wishes to execute the billing, that is fine as well.
Simple. The NCV/EMG is executed in your office, under your supervision. MDI is simply the service provider. The claim is submitted on your behalf. You pay MDI for our services rendered.
